FESPA Global Print Expo will return later this month, with the trade exhibition for the speciality printing industry landing in Barcelona from May 19th to 22nd at the Fira De Barcelona event space.

This year’s FESPA in Barcelona will offer six different co-locating shows, three conferences, and special features including the World Wrap Masters vehicle wrapping competition. New additions to the exhibition include the new Corrugated and Textile events, which take place alongside European Sign Expo and the Personalisation Experience that both return after runs in previous years.

The trade show will be host to hundreds of manufacturers showcasing their latest solutions, including global debuts and a range of official product launches.

In this article, we put a spotlight on a small selection of these, giving you an insight into what you can see live at the exhibition.

FESPA GLobal Print Expo 2026 Epson
Epson recently launched the ColorWorks CW-D3800e desktop colour label printer

Epson

Epson returns to FESPA Global Print Expo with end-to-end solutions spanning textile, dye-sublimation, wide-format, and UV printing.

Marc Tinkler, head of the Industrial Label division at Epson Europe, says: “FESPA is a key opportunity to connect with customers and show practical production pathways across textile, signage, and UV."

Among the solutions at the stand will be the recently launched ColorWorks CW-D3800e, a new desktop colour label printer designed to make high-quality, on-demand colour labelling more accessible to a broader range of businesses.

Available from June 2026, the CW-D3800e offers a solution for customers who require professional colour labels without the need for higher-specification, higher-volume systems. The CW-D3800 is designed for small businesses, home ecommerce operations, retailers, pharmacies, and health retailers, offering a simplified entry point into Epson’s ColorWorks range.

Epson will also feature its newly announced SureColor SC-V4000 A1+ UV flatbed printer, expanding its UV offering for businesses seeking premium production in a more compact footprint. The SC-V4000 supports printing across a wide variety of applications including personalised items, fine art, photography, and signage.

Epson will present a dedicated area for direct-to-film (DTF), with the manufacturer’s 64-inch SC-G9000 printer showcased alongside the SC-G6000, its mid-range, 36-inch roll-to-roll counterpart.

A dedicated direct-to-garment (DTG) output area showcasing Epson’s Monna Lisa range of premium textile printers will be on show, as well as colour matching and workflow support solutions demonstrated with the SD-10 spectrophotometer and automated scanning table.

Visitors can find Epson in Stand C75 of Hall 3 of this year’s exhibition.

Durst at FESPA
Durst will showcase the AI-powered KYVERIS ‘production intelligence’ platform

Durst

Durst Group will showcase its technology with a new twist at this year’s FESPA Global Print Expo – with an ‘open house’ event at the nearby facility of one of its existing customers.

Wide-format digital printing and advertising company, Nivell Publicitari, will welcome attendees to its production site to see a range of Durst printers in action on the shop floor, with the venue located just 30 minutes’ drive from the venue.

Nivell Publicitari will showcase Durst solutions including the roll-to-roll P5 500, the hybrid P5 350 HS, and the dye-sublimation P5 TEX iSUB in action, sharing insights into their daily operations.

Those interested can find more information and register for the event on the Durst website, with those requiring transportation able to arrange a shuttle service departing from the trade show prior to the chosen time slot.

Durst celebrates its 90th anniversary at FESPA Global Print Expo this year, with highlights on its stand set to include the first showcase of KYVERIS, a new AI-powered ‘production intelligence’ platform for digital production.

Durst will also present new advanced printing systems based on the P5 XT concept – an automation platform designed to allow print systems to grow and evolve with a business's needs over time.

In addition, visitors to the Durst stand at FESPA can experience a complete sublimation production line live, featuring the P5 500 TEX iSUB printing system together with a 5m cutter.

Alongside the P5 500 TEX iSUB, other machines on show will include a market debut of the P5 X flatbed printing system, the LF 430 GF textile printer created from Durst's merger with Aleph, and the P5 350 HS D4 – an ‘ultra-fast’ version of Durst’s flagship 3.5m hybrid P5 350 HS.

Visitors to FESPA Global Print Show 2026 will find Durst at Stand A115 in Hall 3.

Roland DG's new EU2-1000MF UV flatbed
Roland is debuting the EU2‑1000MF wide‑format flatbed at the exhibition

Roland

Roland DG will aim to bring its newly launched brand promise, ‘Make Your Mark’, to life at the Fira de Barcelona venue for FESPA Global Print Expo 2026.

Roland DG’s stand will showcase a comprehensive line‑up of its latest digital printing innovations, including the new TrueVis VG4 Series – its latest-generation eco‑solvent print‑and‑cut solution designed to help sign-makers and print service providers (PSPs) achieve premium‑quality results with greater ease and confidence.

Also taking centre stage will be the recently released EU2‑1000MF, a wide‑format UV flatbed printer developed to streamline rigid media production, enabling efficient, direct‑to‑board printing in demanding, high‑output environments.

Developed for businesses producing signage, retail displays, exhibitions, and interior panels, the EU2-1000MF is designed to remove the complexity of traditional roll-to-roll print, laminate, and mount workflows.

By allowing users to move directly from file to finished board, the new flatbed printer can help to reduce manual handling, minimise rework, and deliver a more controlled, reliable production process.

In addition to recently launched products, Roland DG will offer an exclusive preview of upcoming technologies set to expand its portfolio across direct‑to‑object (DTO) printing and advanced customisation – including brand new Roland DG latex print and cut technologies.

Attendees can also expect to see a preview of the RC-300 cylindrical printer, the IO-300 flatbed printer, and a new hard UV ink set offered with the AG-640 wide-format press.

Stephen Davis, director of global marketing for Brand & Communications at Roland DG, says: “FESPA 2026 is one of the first major opportunities to bring Make Your Mark to life on a truly global stage.

“Visitors will see this reflected not only in our refreshed brand, but in the technologies we’re showcasing – from the new TrueVis VG4 Series and EU2‑1000MF, to innovations we’ll be unveiling during the show. Everything on display is designed to give customers the confidence to put their name to the output, supported by reliable, long‑term solutions that help them expand into new applications and opportunities.”

The manufacturer will also offer a live seminar at its stand on Thursday May 21st at 1145am, titled ‘From Product to Experience: The New Frontier of Personalisation’, which will be led by Giovanni Re, Dimense ambassador at Roland DG.

Through an interactive format, attendees of the seminar will gain practical insights and fresh perspectives designed to help them move beyond selling products and towards designing memorable, emotionally engaging experiences.

Visitors to FESPA Global Print Expo 2026 in Barcelona can find Roland at Stand C25 in Hall 2.

FESPA Global Print Expo 2026 Agfa
Agfa will be displaying the fully automated Onset Panthera flatbed press at FESPA

Agfa

Another company presenting its solutions with a twist is Agfa, which will be bringing a full-size bucking bronco mechanical horse to its stand to promote the Jeti Bronco H3300 HS’s European debut.

The rodeo themed zone around the Jeti Bronco H3300 HS hybrid inkjet printer will challenge attendees to climb on and test their mettle on the bucking bronco. Visitors who pose for a picture with the bronco can take home their own cowboy hat – or a hip flask if they were brave enough to ride the horse themselves.

Fitting with its ‘Powerful by Nature’ branding, Agfa is set to ‘gallop’ into FESPA Barcelona this year with a wide array of solutions across hardware, software, and automation.

At the exhibition, Agfa will be displaying the fully automated Onset Panthera flatbed press which will be shown with its autoloader and unload robot alongside the Jeti Tauro H3300 UHS.

Set to make its European show debut at this year’s FESPA is the Jet Bronco H3300 HS, a hybrid wide-format UV LED printer which bridges the gap between the Ciervo and Tauro range of printers and includes a seven-colour plus white ink set.

Agfa’s stand will also feature solutions such as the Anapurna Ciervo H2500, as well as the latest V8 release of its Asanti workflow which includes more automation, smarter media handling, extended cutter support, improved colour rendering, and advanced job sorting and layout capabilities.

Vincent Wille, president of Digital Printing Solutions at Agfa, says: “The past years have been defined by intensive innovation at Agfa: reinventing engines, expanding automation, evolving our software platforms, and strengthening our ink technologies. That investment has brought us to a new chapter. Today, our portfolio stands for more than innovation alone – it stands for impact.”

The FESPA display will also include an array of application samples on materials like corrugated cardboard, folding carton, vinyl banner, foam PVC, as well as Agfa’s very own SYNAPS paper.

Agfa will be based on Stand D100 in Hall 3 of the Fira Gran Via in Barcelona.

swissQprint will present its Generation 5 of flatbeds live at the show

swissQprint

Swiss wide-format manufacturer, swissQprint, is spotlighting the company's Generation 5 flatbed printers at the FESPA Global Print Expo 2026 in Barcelona.

Two printers will be operating live on the swissQprint stand, demonstrating their productivity, precision, and versatility under real-world conditions. This includes the Kudu, the high-end model representing the flatbed range, and the Karibu 2, which will be showcasing unique roll-to-roll features.

The 3.2×2m Kudu incorporates up to ten colour channels, including the option of UV-activated ‘neon’ inks. The press is certified to ISO standard 20690 and consumes an average of 2.2kwh of electricity, the same as a standard kettle.

Alongside the Karibu 2’s special capabilities including neon, varnish, white, and relief printing, it offers features such as a Tip Switch Vacuum and a multilayer mode for registration accuracy while overprinting various layers.

An application gallery at the swissQprint stand will also showcase the creative potential of its wide-format printers, including neon prints and colour-changing effects.

The swissQprint international distribution network will be supporting the trade fair presence, with local contacts on hand to provide market-specific advice.

Carmen Eicher, chief sales and marketing officer at swissQprint, says: “With flatbed Generation 5, we have the right solution for businesses all along the scale – from small operations to industrial production environments.

“Two flatbed sizes, tiered productivity levels up to 341sq m/h and modular expandability make these systems a secure, scalable investment.”

Visitors to FESPA Global Print Expo 2026 will find swissQprint at Stand B140 in Hall 3.
