The refresh coincides with a new global brand message: ‘Make Your Mark’

International provider of digital printing solutions, Roland DG, has announced the launch of a global brand refresh, along with a new slogan: ‘Make Your Mark.’

Make Your Mark aims to highlight people’s desire to create work that makes a positive impact for their business and the world around them.

The brand refresh, which will be rolled out through its business units around the world, marks a strategic shift by Roland toward delivering complete solutions across multiple industries including hardware, supplies, software, and service.

Speaking about the refresh, Stephen Davis, director of global marketing (Brand and Communications) at Roland DG, says: “Make Your Mark is about recognising the pride people take in what they create.

“Our customers don’t just want tools that work – they want the confidence to put their name to the output, knowing it will stand the test of time. This refresh gives us a way to express the role Roland DG plays in helping people do exactly that.”

The new identity will be introduced across Roland’s digital channels in due course, before being brought to life in person at major international trade events including the ISA Expo in Orlando from April 8th to 10th and FESPA Global Print Expo in Barcelona from May 19th to 22nd.

The announcement coincides with the introduction of several new hardware and software products from Roland, including the new TrueVis VG4 Series eco-solvent printer.

The newly released VG4 works with Roland’s TR3 inks, which are designed to deliver refined image quality and smarter eco-solvent print and cut production.

Kohei Tanabe, president at Roland DG, adds: “From the beginning, Roland DG has existed to empower creativity and innovation.

“This new brand identity builds on that heritage whilst reflecting how we and the world around us have evolved. Make Your Mark is about enabling people to leave a positive impression – in their work, in their businesses, and in the world around them – and supporting them with the reliable solutions and partnership they need to do so.”
