Stuart Hill’s exhibition took place at the First Hydro Company Electric Mountain visitor centre in Llanberis

C3imaging Liverpool reached out to Antalis after one of its printers, Stuart Hill, spoke of a chance meeting with naturalist John Horrigan, who wanted to spread the world about the ancient animals that live in the Dinorwig quarry.

Hill, who is also a photographer, came up with the idea of capturing the animals on film and displaying the images in an exhibition for the general public to see.

C3imaging agreed to help by printing the photographs for free, while Antalis also stepped up and both recommended and donated DIBOND Digital board for the 15 A1-size photographs to be mounted onto.

We commend Stuart in his efforts to highlight the plight of these rare and beautiful creatures and hope that visitors to the exhibition will join the efforts to protect them

Chris Green, channel head for visual communications at Antalis, says: “Stuart discovered that the goats, which have lived in the Snowdonia mountain range since around 4500BC, have been under threat from hunting, something which both he and John were keen to raise the awareness of.

“Once we heard the story, we wanted to help and offered to donate the photography mounting boards he needed. For the best possible finish, we recommended DIBOND Digital for its high level of flatness, strength and rigidity while also being lightweight.

“We commend Stuart in his efforts to highlight the plight of these rare and beautiful creatures and hope that visitors to the exhibition will join the efforts to protect them.”
