Signs Express N and NE Lincolnshire has recorded its most successful year, in terms of sales, investing in new equipment and hiring members of staff. The franchisee recently invested in the UV Océ Arizona 7.5sqm flatbed printer, which is a boost for the firm’s printed signage division. The branch also boasts a CNC router that is housed next to the latest installation.

Managing director Matt Bevis, who took over from Ken Bevis along with Claire Lindley, says that the customer is at the heart of everything they do. Ken Bevis founded Signs Express N and NE Lincolnshire in 1992, and felt that Matt Bevis and Lindley were deserving of the roles after being with the company for more than 15 years.

The Grimsby-based sign outfit has 26 members of staff on its team, and specialises in signs and graphics for both indoor and outdoor purposes, and has even diversified into the textile and home décor markets with printed wallpaper.

Matt Bevis comments: “Whether we’re helping a local business with graphics for their van or delivering a nationwide roll-out of exterior signs, we ensure our customers receive the same level of care and attention. At the heart of what we do is our customer and whether it’s the attention to detail on the design we produce, quality checking during the manufacturing process, or ensuring the installation is completed safely, every single member of the team has the customer first in mind.”

He continues: “I’m immensely proud of our team and the results we’ve achieved. To have our biggest ever year whilst celebrating our 25th anniversary is a very fitting tribute to everyone involved. Our hard work and determination continue as 2018 is set to be even bigger.”
