Multipanel has invested in additional warehousing to store more Alupanel products

The new warehouse will provide extra storage for 1,500 pallets of Alupanel aluminum composite panels, due to a bespoke mobile racking system that utilises 95 percent of the warehouse volume. The warehouse now has a total stock capacity of 4,500 pallets.

“Thanks to the tireless work of the Multipanel team and the loyal support of our distributor partners, we are consolidating our position as market leader in the manufacture of ACM,” says Multipanel UK sales director, James Meylan.

He continues: “The location of our Dover production plant provides excellent links to the transport infrastructure in the UK combined with easy access to the European road network and ports, which is ideal for our global distribution needs.

“Alupanel® is the only product of its kind to be made in the UK and increasing the amount of stock we have on the ground by making these new investments will help us to provide our customers with an unrivalled product in terms of quality, price and service.”

The panels are ideal for signage, out-of-home media, point-of-sale displays, trade stand designs, and more.

Multipanel are investing a further £2.2m on its production line’s technology to improve performance and increase speed in order to reach an annual production capacity of six million square metres from a single line.
