Antalis aims for biggest SDUK ever

Known for its off-the-wall stands at Sign and Digital UK exhibitions, it is no surprise that this year the paper, packaging and materials supplier Antalis UK will be going all out, showing off its biggest range of sign and display solutions ever.

Antalis will be looking to out-do last year’s stand at SDUK – which featured a live graffiti artist

Housed in their coffee shop-themed stand, Antalis intends to use the space as a retail environment to demonstrate the multi-faceted uses and applications for its products and at the top of the bill will be the newest digital wallcovering ranges from Coala and Graham and Brown.

Coala’s 74 products are all suitable for wide-format printers, and the range includes materials for exhibition and display, and for window and floor graphics. The vast collection comprises a range of papers, self-adhesives, banners, textiles and speciality media, and can be used for inside and outside applications. On the other hand, Graham and Brown’s products are specifically designed for the creation of beautiful graphic wall installations, and, the FSC non-woven substrates are easy to apply and remove.

Sign and Digital 2016 will be the ideal opportunity for printers to discover the huge potential within digital applications

Antalis’ current ranges also have a few surprises up their sleeves, with 3A’s newest member of its Composites range – Dispa Display Board – which is an internally embossed multi-layered board, ideal for short-term internal displays. It is made from 100 percent recyclable paper and is strong and rigid yet lightweight for easy transportation. Also on display will be the Dibond, Forex, Smart-X and KAPA ranges. Meanwhile Orafol’s range of plotter vinyls, digital vinyls and laminates will also return – look closely and you will see them being used in the stand's décor.

Drytac’s popular Protac Anti-Graf film will make a return after last year’s triumphant debut, alongside the manufacturer’s range of pressure sensitive adhesives and overlaminates, and products such as the new Spot on, Hi-Grab, Viziprint and Retac easy-apply digital print vinyls.

Mike Bennett, sign and display marketing manager at Antalis, comments: “Sign and Digital 2016 will be the ideal opportunity for printers to discover the huge potential within digital applications. Our specialist team of Sign and Display experts will be on hand throughout the show, so if anyone wants to explore new substrates or discover the latest products on offer, it’s an ideal opportunity to gain their input and advice.

“Both our new digital wallcovering ranges and Dispa board will be a highlight of the stand, and samples of these plus other ranges will be available for visitors to take away.”
