Inktec has outlined a new strategy to capture additional UK market share in the wide-format flatbed industry by rolling out one of its most substantial technology package deals.

Every Jetrix UV flatbed bought until October will come with free lamp replacement for three years
With the deal lasting until the end of October, those who invest in a Jetrix UV flatbed printer will receive three years of free UV lamp replacement on the machine until the end of October.

“As LED technology has developed there is no denying its benefits for flatbed printing systems, however there is still very much a place for traditional UV lamps in direct-to-media printing, where you can be confident in the ink curing process and longevity of the printed output,” says Jetrix UK and Inktec sales manager, Ben Woodruff.
He continues: “UV lamps versus LED’s are a prominent conversation point in the printing world at the moment with clear pros and cons of both.
"However, there is a certain reassurance about a process that has been around since the Victorian era and upon which much of our printing heritage is based.”
