Glittering prizes: Trophex expects this year’s show to be the biggest yet

The two day event is aimed at those in the trophy, awards, and personalisation industry which includes many sign-makers. Trophex, the people behind the shindig, says: “You will find the usual array of regular exhibitors at the 2015 show including TheMagicTouch, Glenway Products Ltd and Nova Chrome UK. Kornit and Tajima are returning after their first year at the show in 2014. Also returning is Swatkins Group Ltd to promote their new catalogue and to showcase their new range. Newcomers to the show include Hanover House Ltd and PR Roast, who are looking forward to the event.”

Trophex says the exhibition promises to be the largest ever for the industry and will include events such as the Industry Awareness Zone and the Knowledge Centre

Trophex says the exhibition promises to be the largest ever for the industry and will include events such as the Industry Awareness Zone and the Knowledge Centre. Plus there will be a series of seminars offering technical information and advice on how to make more cash from engraving, trophies and other aspects of the business.

One visitor to the show last year was Esther Rees from Safle in Wales who helps run a family trophy and engraving business. She says: “I found the rubber stamps and ribbon printing of particular interest. The seminars were excellent; Gravograph mentioned in theirs that on their stand they had a cardboard aid (which visitors could pick up) which would assist people with choosing the right cutter for a job. This simple product will actually make a big difference to me in the day to day running of my business.”

Trophex says last year many visitors came to the show from across Europe, with many travelling from Poland and Iceland in particular.
