SIS Digital has installed the 6,400 x 3,200mm screen. The company also installed the Brighton SmartScreen on the side of a nearby building. Both installations have been completed on behalf of Maxx Media, and both screens are Philips Showall 10 LED panels.

SIS’s Simon Grice says: “For the last two years the majority of our work has been centered in and around London. We are now making our mark in towns and cities nationwide, and this particular project marks the completion of our first south coast tour.

“Our digital screen on the junction of Commercial Road and Station Street replaces an existing light box which had served its purpose well. However, Maxx Media recognised that this was a prime location for a state-of-the-art digital advertising screen, which is exactly what we have delivered for them.”

Grice continues:  “The Philips screen is lightweight, slim and, at 5,500 Nits, the images displayed are as clear in dazzling sunlight as they are at dusk. The 9mm SMD LED panels incorporate full motion smart screen technology, have in-built wireless and near-field capability, and messages can be uploaded instantly.”

SIS Digital’s design department is in London, whilst its manufacturing division is in Peterborough.
