Rudi Blackett: Sign and Digital's theatre programme just got bigger
Sessions on soft signage, vehicle wrapping, and efficient workflows featuring the benefit of cloud technology have been added by organisers of the NEC event.
Rudi Blackett, Sign and Digital UK event director, says: “We are delighted to include these topical workshops to our already impressive free educational programme at this year’s show. The Business Theatre also includes sessions on changing industry legislation, direct-to-garment printing, maximising PR, and digital printing for wall coverings. These really are must-attend workshops for everyone looking to improve, diversify and expand their business in 2014.’’
The workshop will also explain how cloud technology can improve productivity, focusing specifically on the benefits of the Asanti Storefront”
An introduction to soft signage is being presented by Mike Horsten of Mimaki EMEA ,while he will also speak on the subject of digital print – the fast track to creative vehicle wrapping.
Why workflow is key for today’s Sign and Display printers, is the topic for speakers from Agfa Graphics and i-Sub. The workshop will also explain how cloud technology can improve productivity, focusing specifically on the benefits of the Asanti Storefront.
All seminar sessions will feature a question and answer session so visitors can give the speakers a grilling and it gives the audience to pick the brains of the speakers.
A documentary about the show is already online at the show’s website. Sign and Digital UK takes place from 29th April to 1st May at NEC Birmingham.
