Industry showcase: Sign and Digital UK is attracting all the big players in the business

Already the largest trade show for the sign-making and wide format print industries is up a fifth in size since last year with one of the largest stands booked by Colourgen. The wide format specialist Colourgen says their stand will be divided into three product sections, including the latest machines from Mutoh, Seiko I Infotech and a dedicated dye-sublimation section. On display will be the brand new Mutoh ValueJet 1638X, 1638XW, the recently launched Seiko II ColorPainter M-Series and a range of solution-focused systems, including Seiko II’s Neon Inkset.

The Seiko I Infotech ColorPainter M-Series will also be at the show. Launched last year the printer includes a low-odour, eco-solvent SX ink say the manufacturers and the integration of more than 100 new innovations and features, such as 2 year warranty, 2 ink configurations – 6 colour and 7 colour, smart nozzle mapping and air flow system.

With its high durability, resistance to heavy pedestrian and rolling vehicle traffic, as well as all types of weather conditions. The company says this product is well positioned to take the sign and graphics market by storm, with its myriad of potential applications in both indoor and outdoor environments. The show is at the end of next month and is expected to be one of the largest ever for the sign in-dustry in this country.
