The new HP Latex 300 printer series claims to improve working conditions and reduce the environmental-impact of wide-format printing

The new range of HP Latex 300 Printer series, launched into Europe at Sign and Digital UK 2014 (SDUK), are reportedly aimed at helping sign-makers expand large-format printing capabilities, offer new application areas and build a healthier production environment say the firm.

HP is also introducing a fast 60” range of wide-format inkjet printers, the HP Designjet Z6600 Production Printer and HP Designjet Z6800 Photo Production Printer.

HP latex printing established a brand new wide-format product category and has since sold thousand around the world

Introduced back in 2008, HP latex printing established a brand new wide-format product category and has since sold thousand around the world—with more than 90 at SDUK alone.

Their latex inks offer scratch resistance comparable to hard solvent inks on PVC banners and vinyls, while the HP Latex Optimizer enables high quality at high speeds. The inks also contribute to a healthier work and global environment, with odourless prints that come out dry, ready to finish and deliver.
