Aura Brand Solutions, a provider of graphics and visual communications throughout Europe, has announced its latest step in becoming a more sustainable company.

The business which focuses on livery and architectural solutions has installed a 293kWp solar panel system on the roof of its Lowestoft manufacturing facility.

The panels were installed by Genfit, a trusted contractor of Aura which installed over 550 solar panels over the course of a week.

Aura says the reinvestment of profit into this initiative supports the company’s goal of becoming a carbon neutral business as it helps to preserve natural resources by creating and using renewable energy.

As well as the panels Aura has announced the installation of three electric vehicle charging stations which reflects the company’s transition to electric and hybrid vehicles.

In its announcement, Aura says: “This investment marks a milestone in Aura’s ongoing sustainability journey and reinforces Aura’s commitment to being an industry leader in environmental stewardship. As Aura continues to grow, so does the pursuit of innovative solutions that benefit both business and the planet.
