The Santiago Metro in Santiago, Chile, underground railway system has enlisted the help of DENEVA to update communications on its growing network.

New signage helps commuters plan their journey and keep abreast of any delays
DENEVA, a digital signage system with a major focus on transportation industry, supported Santiago Metro with the launch of a new line that features 18 smart stations.
Digital signage installed by DENEVA updates customers with information about the network, including delays and interruptions to service.
In addition, interactive kiosks have been installed at all main stations so that commuters can search for information and plan their journey around the city.
In a statement, DENEVA says: “This renewed information system not only entertains the users of the stations and subway lines, but it also reduces the perception of waiting.”
