The newly-created firm Amayse is planning a global expansion, starting with a new US site, and will see SignAway’s list of high profile clients, such as RBA, West Ham United, TfL, Waitrose, and Emirates make the move to the new business.

Managing director of SignAway, Greg Craigen, who founded the business in 2007 with a focus on sports advertising and stadium signage, will remain managing director at Amayse, while former chief executive of LogoPaint, Kurt Henning will serve in the same role at Amayse.

It's an exciting time for the new company

Craigen comments: "Amayse allows us to offer a much wider range of products to our current clients and to better service new global clients through our additional locations.

"It's an exciting time for the new company, with ambitious growth targets, particularly in the US."
