Sygnet announces it is being liquidated
Following the acquisition of the company by Hollywood Monster the business has been liquidated

Sygnet Fabrications has been liquidated with immediate effect less than a year after being acquired by Hollywood Monster
Trade signage supplier, Sygnet Fabrications, which has supplied signage to the Midlands and UK since 1974 has gone into liquidation.
The announcement was made last week on the company’s LinkedIn page and has led to the departure of the company’s staff.
The company was acquired around one year ago by Hollywood Monster which will continue to process and manufacture fabricated signage orders from its Birmingham production facility.
In the statement, Sygnet said that despite investing heavily in the company over the past 12 months through new hires, a new website, and a new production facility, the various challenges the company faced meant this was the most appropriate action to take.
The company added: “We would like to take this opportunity to thank our team at Sygnet Fabrications for their dedication and support and our customers and suppliers for their loyalty over the last year.”
