“The growth of personalisation is absolutely huge, and that is what is really driving these workshops,” says Giles Bristow of Antalis

The two new offerings are Introduction to Digital Photobook and Personalised Printing and Finishing and The Advanced Digital Photobook and Personalised Printing and Finishing Workshop, the latter of which is the next to take place on April 26th.  Antalis says it will continue to run the workshops regularly to meet demand.

“We have seen a huge rise in demand for personalised print products of this nature. The workshops are aimed at companies that have digital print technology and want to broaden their products and services into profitable niche sectors,” says Giles Bristow, digital support manager at Antalis.

The advanced course looks at making a perfect, lay-flat, and staple bound books, as well as boxes and duplexes

He adds: “They will be hosted by Lewis Price of Ashgate Automation, which is a specialist firm with extensive in-depth knowledge. The introductory course focuses on an overview, practical sessions, and a focus on Transeo media software.
