YES Group hires new UK sales director

YES Group has announced the promotion of Paul Burgess to the role of UK sales director.

Burgess has worked for YES Group for seven years, beginning as a sales executive for four years before being promoted to area sales manager.

The Mansfield-based distributor of embroidery, direct-to-film (DTF), and direct-to-garment (DTG) solutions, formally known as Your Embroidery Services, promoted Burgess into the role shortly before Christmas 2024.

In a statement about the promotion, YES Group says: “As many customers will already know Paul for his straight-talking, honest approach, I am sure they will welcome his further knowledge that he will bring and continue to share moving forward.”

Speaking of Burgess’ promotion, John-Paul Burton, managing director of YES Group, says: “After several interviews and many applications, we welcome Paul to his new position of sales director within the YES family.”

YES Group also recently hired Andrew Young as an outside embroidery and print technician.

Young has previously worked in the embroidery and print industries for 16 years. In his role, he will assist with installations, technical training, and technical support for YES Group clients.

The company will be showcasing a range of solutions at this year’s Printwear & Promotion LIVE!, taking place in Birmingham from February 23^rd to 25^th.

Burton adds: “We look forward to meeting all our customers at the upcoming Printwear & Promotions 2025, held at the NEC in late February.

YES Group also announced the launch of a newly upgraded online web store today (February 14^th). The updated online platform features expanded product information, reportedly faster loading times, and is optimised for mobile devices. The website also includes a range of product videos including demonstrations and tutorials of a range of YES Group’s UV and UV DTF printers and supplies.
