YES Group has unveiled two AI-powered DTF printer support agents called George and Miro, which are designed to assist with the company’s Digital HeatFX and DTF Station systems

YES Group, a supplier of direct-to-film (DTF) and embroidery print machinery, has unveiled two AI-powered DTF printer support agents, which it labels as an “industry-first innovation in customer care.”
The new support bots, which have been christened George and Miro, are designed specifically for users of the company’s Digital HeatFX and DTF Station systems.
The new AI system supports technology including the Digital HeatFX 24H2 and 24H4 DTF printers, as well as the DTF Station R-Series printers with Miro and Max shaker-dryers.
George and Miro have been built to provide 24-hour support to customers, offering access to maintenance help, troubleshooting advice, and product guidance based on official YES Group training and technical resources.
Accessible via the YES Group website, users can type their questions for George and Miro into an online chat to receive guidance directly from the bots. Each response is drawn from YES Group’s official library of manuals, how-to videos, and engineer-approved documentation.
Speaking about the new AI support bots, YES Group says: “We wanted to create something that truly empowers our customers.
“George and Miro combine real technical expertise with instant accessibility, helping users keep their printers running smoothly any time, day or night.”
YES has stressed that, while George and Miro are capable at assisting with everyday technical issues, they are still in active development. Customers have been encouraged to provide feedback to help refine their performance.
For more complex issues, or where human support is preferred, YES Group emphasises that customers can still rely on the company’s support channels, including its dedicated support ticket system and technical hotline.
