Pyramid Group seals Sydney Beaumont acquisition
Independent industry supplier Pyramid Display Materials had completed the acquisition of self-adhesive vinyl distributor Sydney Beaumont.

Sydney Beaumont has been supplying the UK industry since 1966
The Leeds-based firm has been supplying the UK market since 1966, and recently became the exclusive UK distributor for the X-Film self-adhesive vinyl range.
While Pyramid will gain a greater presence in the Yorkshire region as a result of the deal, Beaumont will also benefit from the support of a larger company to help grow its customer base.
“Sidney Beaumont has a great history in the industry, being the first ever distributor of the Fascal range in the UK,” explains Pyramid managing director, Dennis Morgan.
He adds: “We can now give Beaumont’s customers the option to buy a much larger range of digital roll and flat sheet products at very competitive prices due to Pyramid’s buying power.”
Pyramid also acquired Gottlieb Packaging, and Morgan says the latest deal will only help the company expand its services further.
He explains: “The acquisition reinforces our strategy of diversifying the group into areas aligned to our core retail display market but giving us specialist expertise in what we class as niche markets.
“Beaumont’s gives us that in both the CAD vinyl and rapidly expanding vehicle wrapping markets.”
