Vinyline bolsters productivity with swissQprint

St. Helens based full-service sign and graphics company Vinyline has purchased a new Nyala 4 from swissQprint in an effort to deliver enhanced quality, versatility and productivity to its growing network of clients.

The 3.2m x 2m flatbed Nyala 4 can print up to 1350dpi, which Vinyline says will support its wide range of work that includes bespoke vinyl decals, window graphics, wall art, exhibition displays, building wraps, floor graphics, site hoardings and illuminated signs.

Vinyline says the new Nyala 4 has already enabled it to win new business from both trade and direct clients, with managing director Keith Hughes saying he sees almost endless possibilities for the company with the machine now in place.

“It’s always been a top priority for us to stay ahead of the game and the swissQprint Nyala 4 gives us a definitive advantage over our competitors,” Hughes says.

“The one thing the last two years have taught us is that we cannot predict what will happen in the future, but we can prepare for it. The Nyala 4 is an investment for our future and the print productivity, reliability and flexibility mean our return on investment is already very positive.

“Prospective clients all agree that our print samples are the best they have seen, saying 'if we can print that, we can print anything'. If you can’t get an order based on that, you are in the wrong business.”
