Roland DG revels in customer praise
Almost nine out of 10 Roland DG users responded positively in terms of the print quality they consistently achieved using kit from the manufacturer, according to a recent study conducted by the firm.

The survey focused on Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and more than 4,000 customers responding with their opinions.
Roland DG said 98 percent of customers declared that output quality on kit from the manufacturer met their expectations, while 98 percent also cited versatility and ease-of-use as key areas as key points from using Roland DG machinery.
In addition, customers were quick to pay tribute to both the reliability and low running costs of Roland DG technology.

Among the customers to respond to the survey was Tony Lane, creative director of Bristol-based Think Image—a company that has been using Roland DG kit for 10 years.
Lane comments: “Every day, our Roland device produces a vast range of output – from vehicle graphics and wall graphics through to stickers and wallpapers – and everything in between. The set-up is easy, the maintenance minimal and the diversity of what you can achieve is simply staggering: we couldn’t exist without it.”
Javier López, director of Creaciones Japy in Spain, also spoke positively about print technology available from Roland DG: “Everything we have achieved has been thanks to the support of Roland DG and the reliability and quality of its printers. Our customers trust us because we meet their delivery dates and the print quality and resolution of the Roland equipment is amazing.”
