Vivid debut laminating technology at FESPA 2015
Laminating system manufacturer Vivid Laminating Technologies has unveiled a new wide-format laminator this week at FESPA 2015

The Easymount Air will be demonstrated on Vivid’s stand at FESPA 2015
Developed in-house by Vivid’s design team, the patented Easymount Air joins the firm’s range of Easymount wide-format laminators that are in use in more than 50 countries around the world.
Visitors to this year's FESPA were able to view the new device on Vivid's stand, and were treated to demonstrations showcasing the pneumatic technology's capability.

“The air pressure that controls the roller allows you to mount and laminate with incredible accuracy.
“Our patented technology allows the roller to ‘float’ and lock in place. No other pneumatic wide-format lamination system can achieve this.
“Other pneumatic wide-format laminators lack any precision. Their rollers are either up or down, there’s nothing that controls how much actual pressure is being applied.
“Exact pressure is essential, as foam boards and Corex can be crushed and glass sheets cracked.”
