The Acuity LED 3200R will debut at this year’s Drupa later this month.

The Acuity LED 3200R has a top speed of 110m2 per hour and a maximum print width of 3.2m, having been built on the success of Fujifilm’s previous Acuity models and enhanced further.

This will satisfy customer demands for lower output costs and faster turnaround times.

We look forward to demonstrating the wide range of added value print that this new printer can produce at drupa

"Our Acuity LED 1600 series has proved hugely successful due to its unique combination of quality, speed and versatility,” says Mike Battersby, marketing manager at Fujifilm Speciality Ink Systems.

He continues: “We are delighted to be able to announce an additional model in the range, the Acuity LED 3200R, as it means we can provide an even wider choice of options to our customers. We look forward to demonstrating the wide range of added value print that this new printer can produce at drupa.”

The eight-colour printer (cyan, magenta, yellow, black, light cyan, light magenta, white, and clear) utilises Fujifilm’s Uvijet ink range for a wide range of colours.

The addition of clear ink enables high gloss spot varnish effects to be created, which is ideal for sign and display printers looking to add more value to print products.

Handling two rolls simultaneously means two different images can be printed at the same time, boosting productivity even further.
