OKI bursts onto neon scene

OKI has added a creative touch to its Pro Series with the launch of the new Pro6410 NeonColor printer and introduction of award-winning white toner technology

OKI has extended the warranty term to three years for the ColorPainter M-64s and H3-104s

The printer will produce bright, fluorescent designs, with the option of using OKI’s neon white toner as a security mark which is only revealed under UV black light.

“These new printers will unleash the full creative and commercial potential of print houses and graphic arts businesses,” says Dave Willcox, product marketing manager at OKI Europe, adding: “The Pro6410 NeonColor is another OKI first, electrifying conventional graphics with bursts of high-voltage, fluorescent colour on almost any medium.

“This is part of OKI Europe’s continuous commitment to innovation that opens up new, practical, revenue-generating opportunities for customers.”

OKI Europe’s wide-format division also recently announced that it will extend the warranty term to three years for the ColorPainter M-64s and ColorPainter H3-104s large-format inkjet printers. The company says its decision was based on the fact that the printers have been operating ‘with great success in the field’ and is ‘proud’ to extend the warranty for customers.

The new warranty means that replacement parts such as print heads will be available, giving customers better peace of mind. The extended warranty will be available to customers who have had any ColorPainter M-64s and H3-104s printers installed by OKI authorised distributors and dealers after April 1st. OKI’s new Pro Series range of printers will also be showcased at Drupa later in the year.
