Metamark has launched Metamark MD5 A-B, claiming it provides better application ease, quality, and performance than any other material

“Being based on MD5 is as close as new media gets to being born with a head-start,” says Paul French, Metamark chief executive officer.

He continues: “We’re always looking to improve products but MD5 A-B, in terms of the print quality and durability, is as good as it gets according to our customers.”

Metamark has boldly stated that it will back up its claims by providing a free sample roll to anyone wanting to test the new vinyl film.

The new adhesive system also adds a special neutral grey coloured inclusion that helps reduce or eliminate strongly coloured substrates introducing a tint of their own colour into the face film

A key element of the new launch is that it features Metamark’s MetaScape adhesive system, which reportedly allows applicators to eliminate air bubbles in application rapidly and completely.

Metamark’s public release about the launch also states: “The new adhesive system also adds a special neutral grey coloured inclusion that helps reduce or eliminate strongly coloured substrates introducing a tint of their own colour into the face film. So, even when applied to brightly coloured vehicles and over the top of other markings, the printed image is all that gets noticed.”

With competition in this still growing sector continuing to intensify, Metamark’s claim of a ‘world beating’ product is sure to shake up the market.
