EL 300 Dry Apply now features a new adhesive pattern and thinner release liner

Dry Apply was first introduced to Doro Tape’s window graphics range in 2008, and it soon captured interest from customers.

Keen to draw in more interest, developers have worked on the product in order to boost its capabilities.

The patented adhesive pattern has been redesigned and a thinner release liner has also been introduced—allowing for the initial adhesive tack film to be reduced, so the film can be repositioned during application without creating stress line in the vinyl.

This silver etch vinyl also claims to give, ‘elegant sandblasting effects’ with a semi-gloss surface and medium translucency.

Its patented adhesive surface claims to allow for air to escape easily during application, leaving users with a bubble-free finish, while wet application is not required—eliminating problems like drips and puddles.

It has a minimum outdoor life of seven years and is designed to be easily removed for up to 12 months after application.

Also available in a digitally printable version—DFL 300—manufacturers describe the product as the ‘ideal’ choice for applying large graphics, even for inexperienced users.
