The Rover A has been designed to meet the needs of the market for a higher level of precision and speed.

Biesse will be located on stand B30 at the exhibition, where the Rover A will be in full operation. Visitors can bring their own material to test at the show to get the best idea of what this machine can do.

Over 400 machines have been sold in the UK making it a popular machine in the woodworking industry already, but now the Rover A has been updated to encompass all of the features newly required by the industry.
The Rover A has been designed to meet the needs of the market for a higher level of precision and speed.

Features include an HSD water-cooled router spindle, which ensures accurate cutting of cast acrylic as well as laminated, composite, and non-ferrous sheet materials. To get a clean edge on these materials, the router spindle is cooled via refrigerated air jets and a de-ionisation system to make sure the cutter is maintained at its maximum performance.

Optional features also include an oscillating and tangential knife unit with interchangeable tools, and a camera recognition system for ‘cut to print’ operations.

Operations are controlled via the stand-alone control desk, with full PC control of all functions. Biesse’s bSolid software allows the user to design and visualise each component, as well as tool information and production times.
