“More than a third of visitors to the 2014 event were there to source screen printing equipment; while 28 percent highlighted banner, sign and wide-format textile printing as a key area of product interest,” says Becci Knowles, marketing manager of the event.

Indeed, exhibitors from the sign industry for 2015 include D Roper, Dalesway, EXILE Technologies, Global Print Solutions, Goccopro, Permaset Inks, Pyramid Screen Products & Pyramid Textiles Group, Screen Print Direct, Transfer Print Paper, Roland DG, Grafityp, and Sabur Digital.

Taking place from February 22nd to 24th at Birmngham’s NEC, event manager Tony Gardener describes the attraction: “Printwear and Promotion Live! gives sign-makers the opportunity to explore a number of new business opportunities. Garment decoration, for example, is a low cost business addition. It’s also very profitable.

“Brand new for 2015 is the Corel Draw Theatre, offering information, advice and live demos, plus we have a new line-up for our free seminar programme, with experts offering technical expertise on every area of printwear production.”

With more than 130 stands and counting most big printwear names on its roster, the show has billed itself as offering the UK’s most, ‘comprehensive range of garment decoration equipment, new technology and blank garments’ under one roof.
