Trio of sweet treats for Treacle Factory

Luton-based design, print, and digital marketing specialist Treacle Factory has purchased three new pieces of kit from Josero as part of an effort to grow its business

The BubbleFree Pro flatbed applicator table was one of three new machines installed at Treacle Factory

The company took on a Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer/cutter, an Easymount 1600 Laminator, and a BubbleFree Pro flatbed applicator table, all of which are now being used to produce marketing materials for a wide range of clients.

Treacle Factory director Jeremy Brown explains that while the company had quotes from a number of suppliers, an existing relationship with Josero managing director Sarah Winterbottom played a part in clinching the decision to work with Josero.

“The advice that they gave and the deal that they offered were fantastic,” Brown explains, adding: “On the day it came to be installed, it was quite a job – the team managed to get the BubbleFree table to go through our door, which was like a magic trick really! The process was excellent from start to finish.

“The new kit is allowing us to produce a large amount of work that we were sending out every month and bring it in-house. We didn't previously have the capability or tools to do the work that we are now doing.

“At this moment I’m printing tables for a hotel, which we would never have done in-house before. We can probably bring in another 50% of the work that we would normally send out, which is really great.”
