Though terms of the deal were not disclosed, it was confirmed that the Executive Window Tinting brand will be absorbed into NGS over the coming months.

Adam Palmer, the owner and founder of Executive Window Tinting, will work as a business development representative for NGS across a number of key markets in the US, including Arizona, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Texas.

NGS managing partner James Beale says the acquisition will enhance its presence in the market, primarily in the southern part of the US.

“While we’ve had a strong presence in Texas, this acquisition will help us gain greater proximity and serve the local market even better,” Beale comments, adding: “We are excited to continue our company’s trajectory of rapid growth — this time, through an acquisition.”

The purchase of Executive Window Tinting marks NGS’s first acquisition, but the firm says it is seeking to acquire more local window film, graphics and signage companies across the country as part of its ongoing growth plans.

NGS is regarded as one of the key players in the US signage market, having made the INC 5000 fastest growing private companies list 2016, 2017 and 2018.

The company specialises in the sale and installation of window film, graphics, and signage for national companies and government entities.
