YPS has been selected as the reseller for Drytac’s digital print media and film products

At Sign & Digital UK 2019, YPS tested Drytac’s products and were so impressed by its range that they decided to add the products to its portfolio.

Shaun Holdom, global product manager for Drytac, says: “We are delighted to welcome YPS into the Drytac family and look forward to working with them very closely over the coming years.

“We believe they will ensure customers get the most from using our products as well as exploiting opportunities to deliver a broader range of applications.”

Drytac has an extensive range of products and secured five awards in The Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA) Product of the Year competition.

They provide accompanying profiles, which means customers get the maximum possible output from their printers. For Mimaki alone they have more than 1800 profiles and it is this level of detail that makes them an ideal partner

Products that bagged prizes included its Protac Anti-Scratch Gloss (250µ) clear PET laminating film; Polar Chrome, a silver satin reflective PET film for immersive displays; and ReTac Textures, an embossed film which creates a more realistic graphic.

Georgia Brown, sales director at YPS, says: “Drytac is a market leader with a strong reputation for quality and a comprehensive and innovative range of products.

YPS says that the appeal of joining forces with Drytac comes from the fact that “they provide accompanying profiles, which means customers get the maximum possible output from their printers. For Mimaki alone they have more than 1800 profiles and it is this level of detail that makes them an ideal partner”.
