Nova Aluminium Systems has celebrated reaching its second decade of trading by installing new technology across the business
The company, which has grown steadily since 2005, has recently upgraded its delivery systems with the use of tracking devices on each of its five delivery vehicles. The technology allows staff to keep track of each order and keep customers informed on delivery times.
Currently in the process of developing its website, Nova also intends on unveiling an updated page with product information and specification sheets with fitting instructions ready for download, while clients will also be able to request a quotation from the relevant product page.

In addition to this, Nova has made significant investment in its IT infrastructure, which it claims now enables it to provide customers with instant and accurate written quotations.
Moving away from complex technology and demonstrating a commitment to high quality signage, Nova has put its philosophy into practice across its own site, as one of its directors, Paul Vickery, explains: “Our brand new dedicated warehouse and goods in area is well placed to prepare orders for delivery to our stockiest—Amari Plastics—along with loading all fabricated orders meticulously onto our own vehicles for onward delivery. The new signage displayed around our site makes it clear to visitors where they should direct their enquiry.”
