Registration for the WOO Annual World Congress is now open, with the event taking place in Mexico City in early June, 2025

Registration is open for the World Out of Home Organization (WOO) Annual World Congress, which will be held in Mexico City for 2025. This will mark the first time the WOO World Congress has visited Latin America.
Leaders from across the out-of-home (OOH) sector will gather to discuss key topics and takeaways within the industry, with the aim of fostering new conversations and partnerships.
Running from June 4th to 6th next year, the Congress will this year be co-hosted by the Latin American OOH trade organisation, ALOOH.
ALOOH was formed in 2018, with both ALOOH president Gabriel Cedrone and general manager Guillermo de Lella serving on the WOO Board.
The WOO Annual World Congress marked its first visit to Asia this year, with the 2024 Congress taking place in Hong Kong and reportedly attracting over 500 delegates. Taking place between June 5th and 7th, the event focused on key themes for the OOH industry such as automation, digitisation, deepening investment in data, and increasing sustainability and equity.

WOO positions itself as the only truly global OOH association. Board members include major international companies such as JCDecaux and Clear Channel, though WOO makes clear that membership is open to all companies who operate in the OOH sector.
Through its work, WOO aims to lobby for OOH advertising with national and international organisations and authorities, as well as members of press and media.
WOO president, Tom Goddard, says: "Our Annual Congress's first visit to Latin America will break new ground in a dynamic, fast-growing multi-country market and endorse the brilliant work ALOOH is doing to establish a strong regional network representing the various national associations.
"Mexico City is a fantastic venue for the Congress and another important occasion in the coming together of the global OOH industry. We look forward to welcoming delegates from The Americas and our 100 plus international markets, for what we expect will be our largest ever event."
Registration for the event is now open and more information about how to register can be found on the WOO website.
