Durst Group adds open house twist to FESPA showcase
Spanish Durst customer, Nivell Publicitari, will showcase the manufacturer’s print solutions live at its Barcelona facility during this year’s FESPA Global Print Show
The two-day event will include hardware demonstrations from brands including Fujifilm and Mimaki
Soyang Hardware has announced a two-day open day event at its recently relaunched showroom in Swavesey, Cambridgeshire.
The event, taking place from October 23rd to 24th between 9am and 6pm, will offer visitors the chance to view solutions from several leading manufacturers, including live demonstrations by different teams of specialists.
The open day, hosted by the hardware specialist division of Soyang Europe, will include demonstrations of print and finishing hardware from major brands such as Fujifilm, Mimaki, and Keencut.
Among the machines on show will be the Fujifilm Prime 30, a UV flatbed printer available with multiple ink configurations including white, clear, and primer. The device runs instant-curing inks and offers a peak print resolution of 1200dpi.
Also from Fujifilm will be the Acuity Prime Hybrid, a flatbed and roll-to-roll UV printer that is said to run at speeds of up to 141sq m/hr. The machine is designed for uses including packaging, signage, and display applications/banners.
Two Mimaki machines will also be on display — the Mimaki CJV150, an entry- or mid-level print and cut device as well as the Mimaki UCJV330, another print and cut machine that can be supplied in three sizes. All models in the series can print on PVC-free materials and textile, allowing for applications such as signs, banners, stickers, canvases, and wall graphics.
Additionally, the two-day event is set to feature live demonstrations on the Bubble Free Pro, a flatbed laminator, as well as demonstrations of finishing equipment including the Keencut SteelTrak 250.

“It is the perfect opportunity for us to meet up with new and existing customers, as well as for attendees to view leading equipment from some of the biggest manufacturers in the market.”
Soyang Europe also recently announced that it has been appointed as the exclusive UK distributor for Hangzhou Baiken Sign Materials. Based in the Zhejiang Province of China, Baiken is a producer of soft signage solutions for digital print media. Its products are made from post-consumer waste, allowing the materials to be more easily recycled.
