CMYK Europe appoints service manager following official launch

PPDS, the global provider of Philips digital displays, has hired Marco van der Knaap as its new global product manager of Philips LED displays
PPDS, the exclusive global provider of Philips digital displays, has announced the appointment of Marco van der Knaap as its new global product manager of Philips LED displays.
Van der Knaap is an AV and IT specialist with a 25-year career mostly dedicated to LED technology. He previously worked for NovaStar Technology as both deputy director of global affairs and European managing director, with other previous roles at ROE Visual, LedGo Interior Panels, and BIS.
In his new role, Van der Knaap will support the PPDS team in navigating the AV marketplace, with the aim of continuing to position the expanding Philips direct view LED displays range in line with PPDS’ global strategy and growth ambitions. He will be based in Amsterdam, reporting to Jeroen Brants, global product director for LED at PPDS.
In a statement on the appointment, PPDS say that Van der Knaap’s “credentials boast a proven track record in leading high performance teams and executing complex digital and sales transformation initiatives to deliver exponential growth at some of the industry-leading LED technology brands.”

Van der Knaap will be present throughout InfoComm 2025 on booth 3351 to answer questions and provide demonstrations of PPDS’ range of Philips LED solutions. The AV exhibition runs from today (June 11th) until Friday (June 13th) in Orlando, Florida.
Philips solutions on show at InfoComm include its new All in One LED display, which is making its debut at the exhibition.
