CMYK Europe, the new branch of wide-format supplier CMYUK, has announced Konrad Zawieska as its new European service manager, as part of the group’s expansion beyond its home market
Ocean Outdoor UK CEO, Nick Shaw, has announced a series of changes to the company’s senior management following his recent appointment

Ocean Outdoor UK chief executive officer, Nick Shaw, has announced a number of promotions following his appointment to the role in October 2025.
As part of the reshuffle of the out-of-home (OOH) advertising company, previous head of trading and investment, Andrew Gibson, has been promoted to the role of chief revenue officer, with Rachel Sutton, previous head of brand partnerships, promoted to director of brand partnerships.
Both Gibson and Sutton will now lead Ocean’s sales division and will serve on the UK operating group board, reporting to Shaw.
Gibson joined Ocean over 11 years ago as director of trading, having worked previously at companies including multinational outdoor advertising corporation, JCDecaux.
Sutton joined Ocean as associate director at the same time as Gibson, having worked client-side at H&M and at the specialist planning side of OOH advertising firm, Kinetic. She was promoted several times by Ocean, moving from its agency sales director to its group head, then to its head of marketing, and most recently leading its client-focused department of brand partnerships.
Explaining his choice to appoint Gibson and Sutton in their new roles, Shaw says: “Andrew and Rachel bring a huge amount of experience to the leadership team, and these promotions recognise their understanding and commitment to Ocean.
“From a skillset point of view, they balance each other well – Andrew with his trading knowledge and Rachel from her strategic specialist, client, and media owner side – helping us to navigate the changing advertising landscape.”
In the sales teams outside of London, regional account director Katherine Kershaw has also been promoted to group head, running Ocean’s seven-strong regional team out of Manchester.
Kershaw, who joined Ocean around two years ago, replaces regional sales director Keith Crisp who is moving across to become the lead on international sales. Crisp has worked for Ocean for 15 years, having first joined as an associate director from previous employer, Viacom Brand Solutions. Both Kershaw and Crisp will report directly to Gibson in these new roles.
Discussing these appointments, Shaw adds: “International is a big growth area with a lot of brands looking to enter the UK market, something we will capitalise on with Keith heading up that division.
“Katherine was brought in as part of that succession plan. She lives and breathes Manchester in particular and will bring that same energy to the growth of the regions and nations outside of London.”
Other senior promotions include group head Matt Tulip, who becomes head of agency sales, and group head James Marden who becomes head of planning and investment.
