Three staff at exclusive Mimaki distributor, Hybrid Services, have reached 20 years of continuous service, namely Richard Willliams, Louise Williams, and Ian Mason

Three staff at UK and Ireland exclusive Mimaki distributor, Hybrid Services, have recently reached the milestone of 20 years of continuous service with the company.
All three started at Hybrid during the company’s first decade of operation and join colleagues Ginny Mitchell and Duncan Jefferies, who hit the 20-year service milestone in 2021 and 2022 respectively.
Showroom manager, Richard Williams reached the two-decade mark at Hybrid in December 2024, having joined the company in 2004 with an already established career in the print industry.
Speaking of the development of the print sector that he has seen in his time at the company, Richard Williams says: “I have seen the print industry progress enormously. Continuous improvements in the technology have made hardware faster, more reliable, and with higher quality output.
“It’s always been a privilege to see our customers’ businesses benefiting from Mimaki’s printing and cutting systems.”
Louise Williams (no relation to Richard) joined Hybrid a year later in 2005, starting as the company’s receptionist. She is now responsible for purchasing, stock management, and machine logistics.
Commenting on the development of Hybrid’s warehousing systems, Louise Williams says: “Our current warehousing and systems make a real difference to how we operate with Mimaki and our reseller partners on a day-to-day basis.
“It’s been a pleasure to work so closely and for so long with so many great people at Hybrid and our partners.”
Service engineer, Ian Mason, joined the company only a few months after Louise Williams. In his time at Hybrid, the team of engineers on the road has grown to 18 total, with eight further tech support and customer service colleagues at the company’s office.
Speaking of the investment in the support team, Mason comments: “We’ve worked hard to ensure our customers get the very best from their investment in Mimaki technology, and the corresponding commitment Hybrid continues to make with its support team confirms that. It makes a huge difference.”
Managing director of Hybrid Services, John Roberts, adds: “We have a wonderful mix of people at Hybrid with a team that shares a common goal, represented by staff who have been with us for many years.
“Richard, Louise, and Ian have all given tremendous service to Hybrid, our partners and our customers and I’d like to thank them for their efforts over the last twenty years.”
