The supplier of self-adhesive films has expanded range of digital print films and laminates

Dorotape, a UK-based distributor of self-adhesive films, has announced the expansion of its LoopPET range of digital print films and laminates which has been made from post-consumer recycled polyester (rPET).
ASLAN Ultratack DRP07, the newest addition to the LoopPET range, is made using 30% rPET and is the equivalent of 50 1.5L recycled PET water bottles.
The solution is coated with special water based high tack permanent adhesive which is solvent free and is made for short to medium term applications.
The film is printable using both Latex and UV Curable inks and according to Dorotape has an outdoor durability of up to three years.
Michael Ingram, managing director at Dorotape, comments: “As well as being the perfect choice for apolar surfaces, the high tack adhesive of ASLAN DRP07 is also ideal for use for environmentally friendly signage and retail graphics and displays.
“This is the greenest solution for a printable high tack self-adhesive film in the market as far as we know”.
ASLAN Ultratack DRP07 is 100% PVC free and 30% recycled with no plasticizers and no VOC’s, making it an appealing choice for print and signage companies looking to meet increasing environmental criteria for contracts.
