Antalis has announced the launch of a new portfolio of HP Large Format printing papers and synthetic media, engineered to maximise quality, productivity, and consistency on water-based pigment and Latex wide-format printers.

Developed as part of the HP Large Format printing system, the new range brings together HP media and original inks as an integrated “system chemistry”, for applications including visual communication, point-of-sale (POS), technical drawings, and signage.

At the heart of the portfolio are papers incorporating HP's ColorPRO technology, which is designed to enable more vibrant colours, a wider colour gamut, sharper text and graphics, and deeper high-contrast blacks.

The range includes technical and presentation papers such as HP Universal Bond, Bright White Inkjet, and Premium Bond Paper PageWide XL, all of which are FSC certified and recyclable.

Coated and heavyweight papers such as HP Coated, Heavyweight Coated, Universal Coated, and Universal Heavyweight are also included, which cater to high-fidelity uses such as proofs, presentations, and POS.

Alongside the paper ranges, films and synthetics including HP Clear and Matte Films, Everyday, and Premium Matte Polypropylene are also on offer, as well as Backlit Polyester and Premium Vivid Backlit Films for tear-resistant graphics.

Antalis is also offering photo and poster media including satin, gloss, and matte photo grades from 171gsm to 300gsm across Universal, Everyday, Premium, Professional, and Litho-Realistic ranges.

Additionally, interior décor media including HP Professional Matt Canvas, HP Light Fabric, HP Recycled Removable Adhesive Fabric, and HP PVC-Free WallPaper are part of the full range.

Mike Collins, product manager for Antalis, says: “HP’s wide-format media portfolio is designed so the printer, inks, and materials work as one.

“For print service providers running water-based and Latex systems, this range delivers predictable, repeatable results from everyday plans and posters through to premium photo, fine art, and interior décor work, while helping them improve throughput and control costs.”

The new HP Large Format printing range is available now from Antalis in the UK, with multiple widths, roll lengths, and core sizes available.

Antalis has also announced the return of ‘The Review’ awards competition for 2026, which invites designers, printers, and brands to submit their most inspiring work on Antalis papers for a chance to be celebrated across the industry.

An expert judging panel from across print, design, and production will assess entries next January, with winners revealed on April 29th 2027 at an awards event at Crypt on the Green, London.

Winning and shortlisted projects will be published in The Review 2026 book and digital gallery, providing exposure to an audience of designers, printers, specifiers and brand owners.

Full details, categories, and entry criteria for the awards are available on the Antalis UK website.
