Materials manufacturer, Antalis, has expanded its Coala and Kernow film ranges with three new self-adhesive products designed to deliver high application performance, print quality, and creative impact.

The Coala 1D Daily Air Free is a 100 micron-thickness, monomeric printable self-adhesive, available in gloss and matt finishes, and in widths of 1370mm and 1600mm.

The film features a PE air-release liner and is designed for bubble-free, effortless application and flat media transit. The solution is compatible with solvent, UV, and latex printing.

Coala 2D Daily Blockout is a 160-micron, double-sided white gloss, polymeric self-adhesive with a 100% blockout layer sandwiched between two white-faced films.

The solution is suited for double-sided window displays, enabling graphics on both sides without show-through and designed to last up to five years and available in roll sizes of 1370mm x 50m.

Rounding up the new materials, Kernowjet Metalik is a metallic self-adhesive display film designed for creating eye-catching premium displays and seasonal campaigns.

The 55-micron PVC-free, printable metallic film is available in both chrome silver or gold, offered with either permanent or removable adhesive and 1372mm and 1524mm widths.

Mike Collins, product manager at Antalis, says: “Antalis offers a complete range of wide-format digital media, including substrates for indoor and outdoor use as well as for solvent and water-based ink systems.

“These three, state-of-the-art new products strengthen Antalis’ position as a leader in the supply of cutting-edge self-adhesive materials. From quick and easy applications to advanced blockout technology and premium metallic finishes, we are equipping our customers with solutions that deliver creativity, efficiency, and impact.”

Antalis will demonstrate its complete papers, packaging, and visual communications offering at The Print Show, which is taking place from September 23rd to 25th at the NEC Birmingham.

Demonstrating its solutions from Stand P610 at the front of the show, Antalis will offer showcases of its materials, live demonstrations, and expert advice on its range.
