Shropshire-based print and signage firm, Big Value Banners, has invested in the VeloBlade Nexus from Vivid Laminating Technologies to enhance its in-house print finishing capabilities.
Big Value Banners focuses on providing high-quality, cost-effective banners and signs across Great Britain with fast UK dispatch, offering customised print solutions for a range of businesses and organisations.
The company chose a 2.1 x 3.3m VeloBlade Nexus digital cutting system to support its production operations and future growth.
The investment follows a visit to Vivid Laminating Technologies in September, when a senior team member from Big Value Banners attended a live demonstration of the VeloBlade technology.
Having explored the other options available on the market, the company then selected the VeloBlade Nexus as the ideal fit for its production requirements.
Following the investment, the Vivid team completed on-site training at the company’s Shropshire base, working with the team to help them get the most from their new VeloBlade.
The wide-format VeloBlade Nexus has been developed to offer a flexible digital finishing solution with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and versatility across a range of print and signage applications.
With the investment, Big Value Banners hopes to streamline its finishing processes, strengthen its in-house capabilities, and maintain the quality standards and fast turnaround times that its customers expect.
