Hybrid Services, the exclusive UK and Ireland distributor for Mimaki, has announced that it will use its stand at The Sign Show next week to host the global launch of the new Mimaki TS200-1600 dye-sublimation printer.

Powered by the same core technology behind Mimaki’s 330 Series, the TS200-1600 has been designed to deliver fast production speeds across high-quality and versatile applications.

The machine has an extended eight-colour ink set, including orange and violet inks, as well as newly developed fluorescent pink and yellow inks for applications such as sportswear, custom promotional items, home décor, and soft signage.

The TS200-1600 runs on Mimaki’s OEKO-TEX ECO-PASSPORT certified Sb411 inks, with this certification allowing users to meet core sustainability requirements.

“The TS200-1600 represents the next step in our entry-level dye sublimation line,” says Arjen Evertse, director sales at Mimaki Europe, adding: “It brings professional-level quality and colour brilliance to customers entering the dye sublimation market, while offering a user-friendly, cost-efficient solution for short runs, proofing, and personalised applications.”

Hybrid Services will demonstrate a variety of Mimaki technologies at this year’s inaugural Sign Show. The company has also announced that it will use its stand for the UK and Irish launch of the new Mimaki UJV300DTF-75.

A compact, UV DTF printer, Hybrid says that the machine enables the easy creation of premium decals, bespoke branding, and personalisation. Key attributes include the ability to print on film at a resolution of up to 1200dpi, running six colours, and printing at widths of up to 640mm.

The Sign Show will take place from September 23rd to 25th in Hall 3 of Birmingham’s NEC, co-located with The Print Show. Hybrid Services will feature on Stand S110 near the entrance to Hall 3 of the NEC.
