Kate Channon joins CMYUK from Fujifilm

CMYUK has appointed Kate Channon to its UK sales team as its new senior digital sales consultant, where she will report to CMYUK sales director, Chris Martin.

Channon joins CMYUK from Fujifilm, where she was senior business development manager, with a previous track record of selling high-value print systems. She has worked in the wide-format digital print industry since 2011, with her previous work focusing on driving sustained revenue growth and opening new markets.

In her new role, Channon will be responsible for selling CMYUK’s full portfolio of digital print production technologies including sublimation, eco-solvent, UV and UVgel, digital cutting and finishing, laminating, and workflow software.

Discussing what appealed to her about the new role, Channon says: “CMYUK’s broad portfolio really appeals to me because it means I can now offer customers complete production solutions.

“I’m especially excited to invite my long-standing customers to the Shrewsbury facility so they can see first-hand the depth and range of what CMYUK offers. The level of application knowledge and technical support here is exceptional, certainly something I have not seen before, and that gives me huge confidence in what we can deliver.”

The CMYUK portfolio includes a growing number of new products including the JWEI SG range of digital cutting tables.
