The Sign Show 2026, which has returned to NEC Birmingham alongside The Print Show, is opening its doors for the third and final time this year, having already played host to thousands of visitors looking for the latest print, signage, and graphics solutions available to the market.

With the event offering an expansive variety of exhibitors from across the industry, here are a few manufacturers to keep an eye out for on the show’s final day.

HP demonstrates practical production and growth focus at The Sign Show

HP has used The Sign Show to demonstrate the HP Latex FS70W for the first time at a UK trade event. Aimed at higher‑volume, industrial‑style production, the machine can run at up to 117sq m/hr in colour in outdoor mode or 91sq m/hr in colour mode for indoor quality prints. Add in a maximum printing with of 3.2m and this opens up opportunities across a range of markets and applications such as wallcoverings and both indoor and outdoor display pieces.

Colin Easton, country lead of wide-format at HP UK & I, says: “The introduction of the Latex FS70W to a UK audience is a key highlight, alongside deeper storytelling around white ink, rigid applications, and production efficiency,”

Among the other print solutions on display is the HP Latex R530, the only compact all-in-one rigid and flexible machine within the HP Latex portfolio. The device can print at a top speed of 24sq m/hr in indoor mode and can run materials up to 1.6m wide and 5cm thick. It can also run a range of colours, including the popular white ink option.

Also on display is the HP Latex 630W Print and Cut and HP Latex 830W machines, which Easton says demonstrate high-impact colour, white ink capability, and production efficiency. The HP Latex 630W has a top speed of 14sq m/hr in standard six-pass mode and can print on materials up to 1.63m, while the is the faster of the two models at up to 36sq m/hr in outdoor mode, also with a maximum print width of 1.63m.

In addition, aside from its leading hardware solutions, HP has invited visitors to learn about the HP PrintOS Production Hub and how this software can help simplify job management, improve visibility, and support smarter decision making for both print and sign businesses.

“Together, these solutions reflect HP’s focus on scalable growth, from entry level expansion to industrial performance,” Easton says, adding: “Rather than novelty for novelty’s sake, HP’s focus is on showing what’s new in terms of capability, opportunity, and business impact.”

Graphtec makes an impact with Mutoh

Graphtec, a leading manufacturer and supplier of imaging products, has exhibited from one of the larger stands at The Sign Show this year, with visitors able to view a range of printing technology including Mutoh machinery.

With Graphtec being the UK’s official Mutoh distributor, The Sign Show will be the only opportunity this year for visitors to see Mutoh printers on display at a large-scale, national event. Graphtec is located on Stand S245, at the heart of the event.

Graphtec provides solvent and UV printers from Mutoh, with visitors able to learn about both these ranges at the show.

“Mutoh’s large-format solvent printers are renowned in the printing industry for their reliability, precision, and versatility,” Graphtec says, adding: “These high-performance devices are designed to handle a wide variety of materials, including vinyl, canvas, paper, and more, with outputs that can range from small posters to massive billboards.

“Meanwhile, Mutoh’s large-format UV printers represent a significant milestone in the field of digital printing, combining state-of-the-art technology with environmental consciousness.

“As a leading provider of high-quality printers, we are committed to delivering exceptional performance; reliability; and innovation.”

CPS presents ‘widest line-up to date’

China Print Supplies (CPS) has returned to The Sign Show this year on a larger stand, with managing director Scott Clutton pledging to showcase the supplier’s “widest line-up” of solutions to date.

Highlights on the CPS stand include the GZ HB18UV Pro Hybrid, the GZ Thunderjet AQ1084s, and a brand-new GZ1602 eco-solvent machine. Also being demonstrated are the Sinocolor FB0906s with camera, the Dlican Rotary and 3325 flatbed, the Hapond double sided printer, and the Kartech GK1625 and GK2530 cutters.

In the lead-up to the show, CPS ran an exclusive pre-show machinery offer for all products on its stand. Customers were able to order a machine being shown with an additional discount, see it live at the show, before having it installed at their premises in October.

“We’ve grown our presence every year, and this year we’ve taken our biggest stand yet to properly showcase the full range of what we offer,” says Clutton, who goes on to say: “It reflects the demand we’re seeing from customers and gives us the space to demonstrate machines properly rather than just having them on display.”

Colyer provides innovative showcase

Colyer, a specialist partner for print and digital technology requirements, signed up to exhibit at The Sign Show for 2026, moving across the hall from its traditional position in The Print Show.

Operating out of locations in Woking and London, Colyer support its customers across print equipment, software, media, inks and office consumables. After a successful outing at The Print Show in 2025, it has successfully replicated its exciting exhibition showcase this year while connecting with a wider range of visitors from signage backgrounds.

“Our mission is to be at the forefront of innovation while keeping it customer-friendly and eco-conscious,” Colyer says, adding: “Our awesome team is all about helping customers and stakeholders succeed, delivering sustainable solutions and good vibes.”
