FESPA Global Print Expo 2025 opens its doors

FESPA Global Print Expo has returned to Germany, running across eight different halls at the Messe Berlin exhibition venue until May 9th

FESPA Global Print Expo showcases a wide array of the latest software, machinery, and applications technology from across the specialty print and signage sectors

FESPA Global Print Expo 2025 has opened in Germany, running across eight halls at Messe Berlin until May 9th.

Featuring the co-hosted European Sign Expo and Personalisation Experience, FESPA will welcome hundreds of confirmed exhibitors from over 36 countries, already surpassing exhibitor numbers from last year’s event.

Wide Range of Manufacturers

The event, which returns to Germany after a three-year absence, will be host to a series of major launches by print press manufacturers from across the print, signage, and graphics industries.

Wide-format press manufacturer, Agfa, will use the print-focused exhibition to reveal its new Jeti Tauro H3300 XUHS and Onset Panthera FB3216 to public for the first time.

HP will use FESPA Global Print Expo to demonstrate the recently announced HP Latex R530 flatbed printer for the first time in EMEA.

Mimaki Europe is set to showcase its first UV direct-to-film (DTF) printer at the exhibition, as part of the company’s 50th anniversary celebrations.

Fujifilm will also use the exhibition as the launchpad for a range of new solutions, including its latest Acuity wide-format printer, its AQUAFUZE ink technology, and its HS series inkjet press.

This is just a small selection of the solutions set to be unveiled at the event, with other product announcements coming from companies including Durst, Epson, Inkcups, Plockmatic, Sawgrass, PLASTGrommet, and xTool.

Personalisation Experience returns to the exhibition for its third edition

European Sign Expo

This year’s European Sign Expo, running alongside the main FESPA event, has well over 120 exhibitors confirmed, many of whom are participating at the event for the first time.

Located across Halls 3.2 and 4.2 at the Messe Berlin venue, European Sign Expo is showcasing the latest products and solutions spanning the entire signage sector.

NSELED Europe is the confirmed LED Screen Partner for this year’s event, demonstrating a wide range of screens on its stand, as well as in a ‘ESE Pavillion’ feature which has been newly developed for 2025.

The ESE Pavilion focuses on emerging members of the signage industry, adopting the format of a lively shopping high street with a range of illuminated products including digital signage, LED, and software solutions from a range of exhibitors. Confirmed participants include Fast Digital Publicate, Polarstar, and Verbax.

Highlighting an array of 3D, LED, textile, and curved frames, EFKA will return as the Textile Frame Partner of the show for its fifth consecutive year.

Personalisation Experience

Another co-located event, Personalisation Experience, is back for its third edition.

the event is designed for those wishing to discover the latest innovations in personalisation technology. The event is designed to connect brand owners, retailers, marketers, and agencies wishing to enhance their product offerings through the use of printers, OEMS, and software providers.

In the dedicated Personalisation Experience exhibition space, visitors can see the latest innovations for customisation in-person, with exhibitors including Antigro Designer, Konfigear, ip.labs, Printess, and Printbox.

In addition to the exhibition space, Personalisation Experience is offering a new feature, SmartHub, which comprises of a conference space and dedicated area, dubbed the ‘Smart Factory’, providing a live showcase of smart personalised manufacturing.

The SmartHub conference will host a series of talks detailing the latest in on-demand technologies and processes, with topics including AI, business scaling, and future tech.

Speakers at the Smart Hub will include representatives from Brother, Kornit, EFI, Canon, Eight Group, and Keypoint Intelligence.

The final of the FESPA World Wrap Masters series will take place live at the event

World Wrap Masters

FESPA will play host to the final qualifying event of the World Wrap Masters Europe series, with vinyl wrappers and installers from around the world participating.

During the two-day long competition taking place on May 6th and 7th, vinyl wrappers and installers from around the world will participate, showcasing their skills through challenging competition rounds where they will encounter a series of objects and vehicles to wrap, from colour change vinyl to the very latest window tints, paint protection, and printed vinyl.

The winner will join the regional and national winners in the FESPA World Wrap Master Final taking place on May 8th and 9th at the exhibition.

The final brings together the winners of regional events from around the world to compete for the prestigious title of World Wrap Masters Series Champion 2025.

Winners from Mexico, Japan, UK, Denmark, The Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Middle East, Hungary, and Europe will face off in the final knockout rounds, with only one crowned champion.

The headline print partner of the competition is Epson, alongside product partners 3M, Carlas, and Arlon.
