Drytac has launched Polar HiGrab Air, a white matte monomeric high-grab self-adhesive vinyl designed for rough surfaces

Drytac, a manufacturer of self-adhesive materials for wide-format print and signage, has announced the launch of Polar HiGrab Air in UK and international markets.
Polar HiGrab Air is a white matte monomeric high-grab self-adhesive vinyl designed for tough-to-adhere-to surfaces, primarily designed for short-term applications.
The 110-micrometre thickness PVC film, which is available in widths of up to 1370mm, is designed to work with eco-solvent, latex, resin, and UV printing systems.
Built with a double-sided PE liner and what Drytac refers to as “air egress technology,” the product is designed to ensure a smooth, bubble-free application. Its thicker face film is developed to deliver high-quality print results without the need for lamination.
Polar HiGrab Air reportedly delivers up to three years of durability across both indoor and outdoor use, and is ideal for applications such as machinery signage, asset tagging, low energy substrates, and rough surfaces such as brick and concrete.
Dennis Leblanc, senior product and business development manager for Drytac, says: “Polar HiGrab Air is a cost-effective monomeric film that delivers outstanding performance without the associated price tag.
“It is the latest in a long line of innovations from Drytac developed to help our customers successfully take on a wider range of work with outstanding results.”
