International event and retail graphics specialist, Moss, has been acquired by US visual communications provider, Vomela

Moss, an international producer of event and retail graphics, has been acquired by Vomela, a North American provider of visual communications, graphics, and experiential events.
The strategic acquisition aims to bring together what Moss describes as “two powerhouses serving the live events and experiential industries.”
As part of the acquisition, Vomela will merge its Fusion events business unit into Moss, which will operate internationally under the unified name of ‘Moss, A Vomela Company.’ The aim is to preserve and leverage Moss’ global brand, which will continue to be led by Moss president and chief executive officer, Jason Popp.
Moss also has operations in Spain, Germany, Poland, and the UK. The latter, often to referred as Moss UK, was previously known as MacroArt before it was acquired by Moss at the end of 2023, with the full rebrand being completed in 2024.
Mark Auth, president and chief executive officer of The Vomela Companies, says: “Moss has built an exceptional reputation for crafted experiential environments. By adding Moss to Vomela, we are bringing together two organisations whose strengths naturally align.
“Moss’ solutions, design, and structural engineering expertise perfectly complements our scale in printing, fabrication, installation, and logistics. Together, we create the most capable experiential and events company in the world, and with Moss’ established operations in the UK and Europe, we gain immediate international reach that expands what we can deliver for customers globally.”
Vomela currently supports a number of global brands and large-scale events including Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and the New York City Marathon.
With the acquisition, Vomela hopes to integrate Moss’s engineering expertise, fabrication capabilities, and global footprint to enhance its ability to serve clients.
Jason Popp, president and chief executive officer of Moss, says: “Joining Vomela allows Moss to accelerate our mission of delivering premium, sustainable experiential environments for global brands.
“Vomela’s scale, infrastructure, and operational strength will enable us to serve customers with even greater reach, speed, and consistency. We are excited about the opportunities this partnership creates for our customers and our people.”
The acquisition follows significant financial support from global investment firm, The Riverside Company, which first invested in Vomela in January 2025 to support the company’s continued growth through strategic expansion and acquisitions.
The addition of Moss demonstrates Vomela’s second acquisition since Riverside’s investment. In July 2025, the company also purchased Printing For Less (PFL), a provider of direct mail automation and print solutions.
