Big Egg Hunt an eggs-treme success for FASTSIGNS St Albans

A St Albans signage business has been called upon to produce signage for an extra special occasion, helping to support London’s ‘Big Egg Hunt’.

This year, over 100 large egg sculptures are being displayed in the Big Egg Hunt, each painted live by a well-known artist or organisation. The event is run by London-based wildlife charity, Elephant Family, in partnership with ‘egg-cellent’ egg producer, Clarence Court.

Artists this year include Anya Hindmarch, LUAP, Fortnum & Mason, Chopard, Philip Colbert, Duncan Campbell, and Charlotte Rey, alongside logos from supporting organisations.

FASTSIGNS was tasked with creating the acrylic signage panels that display the artists and brands who crafted the eggs.

In support of Elephant Family, families have been encouraged to follow the trail around London until mid-April, ‘collecting’ the eggs and ticking them off on the free app, to reveal prizes along the way.

Once the exhibition ends, the sculptures will be auctioned off, with funds raised going towards Elephant Family’s conservation efforts.
