To verify our distribution figures, you can log-on to our Royal Mail online portal to see our latest delivery dockets using the process below. We have chosen this route as it is possible to manipulate audit figures, doctor printed postal documents or simply make up distribution figures. The Royal Mail system only offers official and verified figures.
Checking figures
Step 1
Visit https://www.oba.royalmail.com/continuity/logon.jsp and log in using these details:
Username: linkpub01@gmail.com
Password: Password1
Step 2
Click on the 'Detailed' tab option.
Step 3
Choose the 'Sales Order by Reference' option.
Step 4
Choose the [ ] symbol and select your date range, then click the 'Execute' button.
Step 5
You will then be taken to the results page. These figures show the amount of magazines distributed in the month you specified on the previous page. These amounts are verified by the Royal Mail.

Acrobat PDF
All PDF's must be high resolution (2,400dpi), low compression, maximum quality, composite CMYK. All fonts must be embedded and all images must be CMYK at 300dpi before producing PDF artwork. Compatibility: Acrobat 4.0 (PDF 1.3), Postscript level 2.
